1. Keep a thinspiration book, with pictures of your thinspirations, motivation pictures + quotes , etc.
2. Keep a stalk of fashion magazine, weighing the amount you want to lose, and each time you lose some weight, take off the magazines that weigh that amount, watching the progress like a count…
